Customer Service The OLB Group, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service associate to answer calls, provide product and service information, assist with merchant account and billing queries, handle complaints, maintain customer accounts, troubleshoot payment systems, and perform related duties. Responsibilities Answer calls professionally and provide product and service information. Assist with questions or concerns regarding merchant account and billing statements. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a reasonable timeframe. Maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information and follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in resolving issues relating to credit card terminals, POS systems, software, and payment gateway. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Other duties as assigned.
