Take the opportunity to make a meaningful difference as an Occupational Therapist supporting a 3rd-grade student through contract-based after-school compensatory services. This unique role is focused on providing essential therapy in a flexible, family-coordinated setting near Princeton, NJ. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong understanding of IEPs, compensatory services, and school documentation
• Creative problem-solver who adapts therapy activities to individual student needs
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and educators
• Ability to schedule and deliver sessions after school hours in coordination with the family

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to a 3rd-grade student in accordance with compensatory and ongoing IEP mandates
• Fulfill 11 compensatory sessions (30 minutes each; total of 5.5 hours)
• Provide 1 weekly 30-minute session, transitioning to 1 monthly session starting in November
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills
• Maintain up-to-date session notes and progress reports for district and family communication
