CRAZY HORSE COFFEE 2, located in McMurray, PA, is searching for a dedicated and confident Assistant Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do
As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our coffee shop. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Managing daily operations with efficiency and confidence.
Handling inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
Assisting with the preparation and service of high-quality coffee and food products.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Upholding punctuality and reliability to set the standard for the team.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a candidate who embodies professionalism, reliability, and a passion for leadership. The ideal candidate will have:
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, email , and general computer knowledge.
The ability to lead with confidence and maintain a positive team environment.
A commitment to punctuality and dependability.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
A drug-free lifestyle.
Physical capability to lift 35 lbs easily and climb a step stool.
Your Schedule
This position requires 4-5 shifts per week , totaling 32-40 hours weekly . Flexibility and consistency are key to thriving in this role.
