We have over 30 outpatient behavioral health locations nestled throughout our communities located in Kern County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Diego County.Pico Rivera Child/TAY FSP Full Service Partnership program to children, adolescents, and young adults from birth to 24 years of age offering intensive services to those with severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Medi-Cal and indigent clients are served by a multidisciplinary team through an array of individual and family therapy services, case management, medication management, housing, education, employment, and substance abuse services.Job Title: Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist Coach (TBS Coach)The Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist Coach (TBS Coach) is responsible for providing home, school or day treatment-based support services to children, adolescents and families. This person works cooperatively with treatment care personnel and performs duties on-site with the children/adolescents. This individual works in conjunction with the schools, group homes, other allied professionals, families and clients to facilitate therapeutic relationships, build upon family and child's strengths. Teach pro-social skills and facilitate effective family and community engagement. Works directly to improve problematic behaviors and impairments.Pay: $23 -$24/hrEssential Duties/ResponsibilitiesAssists clients and parent/guardian during the time client has most difficulty functioningConducts interventions aimed at maximizing client's function in, including coping and social skillsCommunicates with treatment therapists to magnify therapeutic gainsKeeps accurate, up-to-date records on clients served including contact summaries, progress notes, and support service plansAttends staff meetings and brings any issues or concerns to be added to their supervisorMaintain and ensures HIPAA, ethical standards and professional boundaries with all staff and clientsAssures client's confidentiality and safetyTransport clients to accommodate community relationships.
