Social Media & Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative, social-first Content Creator to develop and execute engaging short-form video content across social media channels, primarily TikTok with potential repurposing for Meta platforms. This role will own content execution from concept through capture, editing, and delivery, with an emphasis on authentic, low-fi, UGC-style content.Responsibilities Create and execute short-form video content primarily for TikTok and other social platforms.Manage content from initial concept and filming through editing and final delivery.Develop authentic, engaging, low-fi/UGC-style content designed for social audiences.Execute promoted social posts based on defined campaigns, tactics, or content needs.Capture content using a smartphone and available equipment such as a gimbal.Edit and optimize videos for TikTok, with the ability to repurpose content for Meta and other social channels.Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign objectives.Manage multiple content deliverables and deadlines within a project-based or ongoing environment. Hourly rate: $30–$45
