Porsche Charlotte Northlake is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internet/Social Media Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for developing and executing our online presence, driving engagement across social media platforms, and enhancing our brand visibility in the digital space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and create content for all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to optimize performance.
• Engage with customers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns and promotions across platforms.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling and engaging content tailored to target audiences.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
