Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and work management or delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar). location: Covington, Kentucky job type: Contract salary: $55 - 56 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Proficiency in business requirements methodologies, including current and future state analysis, use?case development, requirements and solution documentation. Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information to influence key stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts, product and technology teams and other business partners. Effective meeting disciplines, identifying and confirming key attendees, setting and communicating agendas, facilitation, documenting key discussion points and outcomes, and identifying deliverables, owners, and target dates. Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure the traceability of test cases. Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner. Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications Willingness to coach and guide less?tenured associates through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
