Leasing Consultant

Overview Envolve Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets across the southeastern United States. Success is measured by resident satisfaction and the quality of their community. Responsibilities Maintain current knowledge of all available apartments. Maintain knowledge of surrounding market and complete required reports. Inspect leasing and model areas to maintain a professional appearance. Complete weekly traffic reports and activity reports accurately. Process rental applications and lease packages. Greet and assist all prospective residents. Demonstrate all model amenities and vacant apartments professionally. Create and maintain a company culture that fosters loyalty, team spirit, and unity. Renew expired leases at approved rates. Receive and record resident requests accurately. Complete all move‑in paperwork requirements. Assist residents in inspecting their new apartment. Assist in implementing resident renewal and retention programs. Assist the Assistant Manager with rent‑collection requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma. Customer service or previous property management experience preferred. Excellent written communication skills. Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. Bilingual & Experience Preference Bilingual language skills and experience with tax credit or affordable housing are preferred.
