Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialist, North America

We are looking for a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist to strengthen enterprise risk management across North America. The role involves evaluating the internal control environment and delivering value‑added insights to support diverse GRC initiatives. This position is hybrid and based in Parsippany, NJ. Main Responsibilities Perform risk identification and conduct GRC assessments, including interviews, testing, documentation and recommendations to process owners. Review risk‑based GRC processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, focusing on internal controls over manufacturing and supply chain areas across North America. Monitor implementation and remediation of open issues raised by GRC, internal audit, and others to ensure quality and sustainability of risk mitigation. Build effective relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across all business units. Collaborate with the GRC organization to stay abreast of policy development and share best practices. Participate in special projects requested by the North America Head of Finance. About You Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related major. 6 to 8 years of total experience, with 3+ years in internal audit or external audit. Strong finance knowledge and solid understanding of key operational processes. Collaborative team player who contributes to shared objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create concise executive presentations. Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated professional integrity and objectivity, remaining free from undue influence. Intellectual curiosity and commitment to staying current on business performance and risk practice. Benefits & Perks The base salary range for this position is $122,854.00 – $163,806.00 annually, determined by experience and qualifications.
