Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly/quarterly close and balance sheet reconciliations
- Record journal entries for revenue, AP, prepaid expenses, and debt
- Generate ad-hoc reports for finance and operations teams
- Liaise with auditors, lenders, and vendors
- Support cash forecasting and liquidity analysis
- Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or similar GL systems (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with PowerPoint and Word
- Public Accounting experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license or active candidate preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in external audit or GL accounting
