We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the wholesale sales team through operational execution, reporting, market preparation, sample coordination, and administrative business support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Purchase order management, order maintenance, and delivery tracking
? Generate, maintain, and distribute sales, inventory, and order reports
? Support showroom and market preparation including line sheets, samples, and selling tools
? Coordinate and track customer, market, and photo shoot samples
? Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, appointments, and recaps
? Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, planning, production, and design teams
? Support account teams with reporting analysis and reorder follow-up
? Maintain organized system files and selling materials
? Conduct online product and market research
? Provide general administrative support including travel coordination and expense reporting
? Support operational execution of the wholesale business
? Must be able to work in a team environment
