Sr HR Manager - Business Partner Multi- Mfg. Sites (Camarillo)

Eaton’s IS AER ITD Aerospace Interconnect division is currently seeking a Sr HR Manager - Business Partner Multi- Mfg. Sites. The expected annual salary range for this role is $168000 - $247000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: The Sr HR Manager Business Partner, ITD North America will act as a business partner to the ITD north America Business unit, which includes a cross-functional support team and 4 manufacturing facilities globally (approximately 1100 employees). The position directly supports the GM, ITD north America and Director, Operations ITD North America. Primary functions include human resource planning, recruitment and selection, talent management, labor relations, training, career planning, wage and salary administration, performance management and change management. The HRD also partners with the division HR team to deploy large-scale HR initiatives, programs, processes, and transferable practices across ITD, and leads other members of the HR Function in these deployments. *This role can be supported remotely for a qualified currently residing in the USA in any of the following US Western state regions: California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico. Approximately 50% travel will be required for this role. In this role you will have the opportunity to: • Act as a business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counselor for the Conveyance business unit.• Directly manage the 4 Manufacturing ITD Mfg. locations ( Camarillo, CA ; Nogales,MX; Tijuana MX ; Santiago, Dominican Republic) HRBP which includes the recruitment, evaluation, and development of HR professionals & managers to meet the strategic needs of the business. • Identify, develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain key people while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives and action plans. • Engage with the sites to maintain positive employee relations and strong relationships. Oversee terminations and criminal reviews, and cooperate with the Ethics Office on critical issues and investigations for the designated client group• Develop, recommend and implement HR policies and procedures, assuring that HR policies and practices comply with the applicable provisions of federal and state labor laws including the maintenance of necessary files. Keep employees informed of policy changes and counsel accordingly. • Leverages talent acquisition best practices to facilitate a broad pool of qualified candidates to fill roles in a timely and cost-effective manner• Lead and manage the performance management system to drive high performance and provide coaching to business leaders on effective performance management intervention• Participate in HR Operating Reviews and support sites to continuously improve on OpA• Work with HR Managers to develop education/training programs to meet the needs of their workforce• Act as the HR Lead for any manufacturing footprint projects, aiding in determining strategy and driving to completion.• Promote the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies.• Partner with the ITD Division HR Team to: o Contribute to and execute our talent strategy including providing feedback and developing a viable sustainable succession pipeline using tools like Talent Hubo Lead the division’s Employee Listening communication plan and action planningo Drive compensation planning activities and contribute to compensation and recognition programs to enforce competitive pay practices and reward for superior performance Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. • At least 10 years progressive Human Resources experience specifically within a manufacturing site.• 5+ years of managerial experience leading people.• Candidate must be fully bi-lingual ( English/ Spanish) to communicate at a business level. • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
