This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and experience working in a fast‑paced property management environment. Position Details * Role: Leasing Consultant * Location: Hermitage, TN 37076 * Pay: $21-$22/hr * Schedule: * Monday-Friday: 9 AM-6 PM * Some weekends required * Start Date: ASAP * Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities * Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours * Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move‑in * Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation * Maintain organized resident files and accurate records * Assist with marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management * Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects * Support daily office operations with a polished, professional approach Requirements * Previous leasing or property management experience preferred * Strong customer service and communication skills * Professional, polished presentation and demeanor * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment * Experience with property management software is a plus How to Apply If you're a motivated leasing professional who enjoys helping residents find their next home, BG Staffing would love to connect with you.
