Physical Therapist

Role: Licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Include Evaluating and treating a diverse patient caseload using evidence-based interventions. Developing individualized treatment plans to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. Providing hands-on therapy and documenting patient progress accurately. Collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure comprehensive care. Educating patients and families about treatment processes and recovery. Qualifications & Skills Current valid license as a Physical Therapist. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and collaborate effectively. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning in outpatient therapy.
