The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency by overseeing a small team and managing key aspects such as financial analysis, customer relations, and vendor management. Reporting directly to the CEO, the AGM supports the leadership in achieving business goals using standard office software and QuickBooks for financial tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who is adept at problem-solving and driving team performance without travel obligations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of 1-5 employees to maintain productivity
• Conduct financial analysis and utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial management
• Manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Prepare and deliver operational and financial reports to senior management
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate agreements to optimize costs

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general management roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong team leadership skills with experience managing small teams
• Proficiency in financial management and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Project management experience to support operational initiatives
