Are you a licensed P&C professional looking for a to work in the insurance field, where your hard work is rewarded weekly? Eve Hamper State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking an immediate, full-time Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Customer Service Representative.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walks-ins regarding billing, policy changes, and claims.
• Account Review: Conduct policy reviews with existing State Farm customers to ensure they have the proper coverage.
• Uncover Gaps in Protection: Discovery conversation to identify customer needs during routine service interactions.
• Office Operations: Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending items in accordance with State Farm compliance standards.

Required Qualification

• License: An active, valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required to begin, or we will train the right candidate.
• Experience: Previous insurance experience or State Farm system (ECRM) experience is a major plus but not required if you learn quickly.
• Communication: Enthusiastic, professional, and clear communication skills with a strong phone presence.
• Reliability: Dedicated work ethic with the ability to work full-time hours and start immediately.

Agent Team Member Position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. You must be able to pass a background check.
