This is a high-impact role in a precision-driven environment, ideal for machinists who take pride in producing complex parts to tight tolerances while working with advanced multi-axis equipment.Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Training on 1st shift for up to one month required)What You'll Do:Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC Horizontal Machining Centers, including automated systemsInterpret detailed blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications for short-run and one-off jobsSet up machines, load materials, change tooling, and make necessary offsetsPerform in-process adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiencyInspect finished parts using precision tools and verify results with CMM reportsTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and offset issues to ensure consistent qualityComplete inspection and production documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S standardsSupport continuous improvement efforts to reduce setup time, scrap, and cycle timeRecommend improvements in tooling, fixturing, and machining processesWhat You Bring:Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and workholdingExperience working with a variety of metalsAbility to independently manage setups, adjustments, and quality checksDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and efficiencyTeam-oriented approach with a commitment to safety and continuous improvementThis is a great opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing manufacturing team that values skill, precision, and continuous growth.
