• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

• Licensing: Active FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 or 7 or ChFC licenses are required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in financial advisory or a similar role.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide comprehensive insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts.
• Client-Focused: Strong dedication to understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
