Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.**What You Will Do:*** Develop domain level strategy to mature the CORE operating systems with alignment from all of levels of leadership in an assigned area.* Lead the necessary events/activities to deliver value to customers while supporting the creation of self-sufficiency. Examples are but not limited to Goal Alignment, Root Cause Corrective Action, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Manufacturing / Cell Design, 5S, TPM, Set-up reduction.* Partner with RTX sub council teams on CORE strategy and execution.* Execute the implementation and maturation of the standard production system (SPS) elements across assigned manufacturing domains.* Own and achieve desired results of CORE office process maturation.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Bachelors Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.* 5+ years’ experience with effective change management and transformational deployments.* Experience with collaboration and influencing others in a matrix environment.* Ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and plan.* Strong financial acumen and ability to translate engagement benefits to direct financial impact.* CORE expert certified or equivalent.**Qualifications We Prefer:*** MBA preferred.* CORE Principal Nominated or Certified.Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
