Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven leadership skills to coach and mentor team members

Experience in Latin and South American cuisine
Previous leadership role in a culinary environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Creative approach to menu development and food presentation
