Position Overview
Are you a people person who loves a good conversation? We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Outbound Call Center Agent to join our growing team. If you have customer service experience and can build rapport over the phone, we’ll give you the training to succeed, and we’ll pay you while you learn.

Pay & Paid Training

• Training class begins Monday, October 19, 2026
• 2-week paid training period
• $16.00/hour starting pay , including during training
• Earn up to $18.00/hour based on performance metrics

What You’ll Do

• Schedule customer appointments accurately based on guidelines and availability
• Verify customer information and document call details in the system
• Provide clear, friendly, solution-focused assistance
• Follow scripts, scheduling protocols, and quality standards
• Handle customer concerns or questions with patience and professionalism
• Meet performance expectations for attendance, call handling, and service quality
• Work assigned shifts, including any time between 8am–8pm Monday–Friday, and weekends as required

What You Need to Thrive

• Good communication, including the ability to adapt your communication style
• Previous customer service experience required (call center experience preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask while on calls
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information
• Professional, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts between 8am–8pm and weekends

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in appointment scheduling or administrative support
• Outbound calling or customer service experience is a plus
• Motivated and target-driven, with a focus on quality over quantity

Availability Requirement: Must have open availability from 8am–8pm, Monday–Friday, plus weekends as required. This is an in-office role.
