With locations in Ocracoke, Manteo, and Engelhard, we offer primary care, behavioral health, pediatrics, in-house pharmacies, and support for migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Location: Ocracoke, NC
Schedule: Part-time
Pay: $17–$19/hour
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our busy, mission-driven pharmacy. If you love helping people and want to make a difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you—especially if you’re bilingual (Spanish is a big plus!).
What You'll Do:
- Support Patients : Greet and assist patients in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism.
- Process Prescriptions : Enter data, prepare medications, and label/package with care and accuracy.
- Stay Organized : Keep supplies stocked, manage files, and help maintain a smooth workflow.
- Be Tech-Savvy : Use pharmacy software to handle prescriptions and insurance claims.
- Pitch In : Collaborate with your team and take on other duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred, not required)
