Operations Manager

Operations Manager Next Generation Management & Accounting Services is a growing community association management company dedicated to teamwork, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence. We support homeowners and condominium associations through organized processes, responsive service, and strong communication. We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to support our internal operations and the successful onboarding of new communities. This role will work closely with leadership and multiple departments to coordinate projects, track deadlines, improve workflows, and ensure operational processes are completed efficiently. Job Details Location: Sunrise, FL 33325 Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 Schedule: Monday – Friday Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days 40 hours of sick PTO after the 90‑day probation period 40 hours of vacation PTO after one year 7 paid federal holidays Responsibilities Coordinate new community onboarding tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Track open items and follow up with departments to ensure completion. Help organize workflows, checklists, SOPs, and internal processes. Work with various departments to keep projects moving. Identify process gaps, delays, and opportunities for improvement. Support reporting, dashboards, and operational tracking. Help create a more consistent and scalable operating structure. Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in community associations or condominium management. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom Workspace.
