Operations Manager

Role Overview You are an expert in store operations, experienced with inventory management, staffing and all aspects of in‑store operations. You will create a highly standardized environment that delivers a transformational customer experience and drives business results. Responsibilities Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow. Train staff on store technology and operational procedures. Partner with the General Manager and cross‑functional teams to manage and maintain annual budgets. Lead people management efforts, set clear goals and hold staff accountable to high standards of excellence. Support the customer experience by working with PR/Marketing to execute special event needs. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of stock or operations‑related experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes nights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts. Physical ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time. Minimum age of 18 years and at least 18 years of age to work in the United States. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; a sense of humor is a plus.
