Billing Administrator

Our client in the NW Houston area is seeking a Billing Administrator to assist on a 3-6 month contact project. Skills and responsibilities include: Manage customer billing and invoicing activities. Process purchase orders and coordinate invoice payments. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances. Review and process contract changes and billing adjustments. Maintain contract, billing, and project records within the company system. Resolve customer billing questions and disputes in a timely manner. Reconcile invoices and ensure billing accuracy. Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor documentation. Ensure lease, insurance, and compliance records are up to date.
