Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, receiving and processing incoming shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse or facility. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory and shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency.
• Process inventory transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with forecasting as needed.
