Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell commercial dumpster services to local businesses in the Eastern, NC area. This is a field-based role that requires in-person visits to businesses, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing service contracts. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and experienced in B2B (business-to-business) outside sales.

Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses to promote dumpster services

• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Meet and exceed sales goals

• Prospect new accounts and grow a local territory

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) outside sales , including visiting businesses in person and closing service contracts

• Comfortable with cold visits and face-to-face selling

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and goal-driven

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Experience selling waste management or service-based contracts

Compensation:

Competitive base pay + commission (details discussed during interview)
