Arterial Regional Sales Manager - Nashville/Kansas City - Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasts, and business plan execution
- Lead, develop, and retain Account Manager team through coaching and field observations
- Build relationships with physicians, health systems, and key organizational stakeholders
- Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and pipeline opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
- 3+ years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
- Solid business acumen with financial understanding
- Knowledge of peripheral vascular products and competitive markets
- Advanced MS Office proficiency for reporting and analysis
Compensation: $175,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses
