DescriptionRobert Half is partnered with a well respected law firm in search of a 3+ year Attorney to support a thriving Elder Law practice in the South West Metro of the Twin Cities, Minnesota. This role focuses on elder law transactional and litigation work and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a proactive approach are highly valued by its clients. If you have experience in Elder Law/Estate Planning and Civil Litigation and a passion for serving clients with care and expertise, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:• Handle elder law litigation cases, ensuring efficient and effective management of legal processes.• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.• Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather and analyze pertinent information.• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, advocating for their rights and interests.• Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.• Provide detailed legal advice and guidance to clients on elder law issues.• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout the litigation process.• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in legal proceedings.• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as required.Requirements• 3+ years of experience in private practice in some area that touches elder law, such as estate planning, probate, special needs/disability planning, guardianship/conservatorships/protective proceedings, financial exploitation, probate/trust litigation.• Must be licensed and in good standing in Minnesota.Competitive Salary + Bonuses.
