Draft legal documents, including briefs and contracts. Manage complex cases and transactions from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Engage in professional development and community involvement. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Education JD Degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the state of California. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research and problem‑solving skills.
