Enrollment Sales Specialist II - Health Plan Outreach
NYC Health + Hospitals
MetroPlus Health, a subsidiary of NYC Health + Hospitals, seeks individuals to educate and enroll eligible participants in its health plan options. You will present plan information in community sites, conduct group and individual sessions, and manage enrollment documentation while supporting sales objectives.
