Your day-to-day as an Industrial Recruiter: Own the full-desk, 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to placement for manufacturing and industrial clients Source, screen, and select well-matched candidates for roles including production operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse operators Strategically build a pipeline of top-tier manufacturing and industrial talent through outreach, recruiting platforms, AI tools, events, and referrals Develop meaningful relationships with client companies, communicate proactively, and deliver a first-class customer experience Prep candidates for interviews, negotiate pay rates, close placements, and overcome objections Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics including outreach, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, and quality KPIs Master the ETS internal tech stack including CRM, communication platforms, Google Workspace, and AI platforms Positively contribute to ETS culture and enhance our brand and reputation Your skills and experience: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
