Sales / Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales / Branch Manager to lead business development, recruiting, and branch operations in the Dallas, Tx area. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation, logistics, or CDL driver recruiting and be driven to grow client relationships and branch performance. Responsibilities: Develop new business accounts and maintain client relationships Oversee branch operations and recruiting activities Manage CDL driver staffing and customer service Lead and motivate office staff and recruiters Ensure compliance with company and DOT regulations Meet sales and operational goals Qualifications: 2+ years of sales, staffing, transportation, or management experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Experience in transportation staffing or logistics is a plus Knowledge of CDL recruiting and DOT compliance preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: $55K - $65K salary + commission opportunities Career growth potential Paid time off and benefits Supportive team environment Location: Dallas, TX Full-Time | Monday–Friday-8 am -5PM Conducting interviews Wednesday June 3 and Thursday June 4th #J-18808-Ljbffr Big Jecca Trucking
