Requirements Manager

Digital Consultants is seeking a Requirements Manager to support our rapidly expanding infrastructure and enterprise modernization at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia. Key Responsibilities Lead the requirements lifecycle; elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements reflect true business needs and strategic objectives Translate high-level concepts into detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirements Maintain a robust requirements management framework, including traceability matrices, baselines, and version control Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to gather requirements Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity Identify gaps, dependencies, risks and impacts associated with requirement changes Support the development of user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria Ensure requirements adhere to regulatory compliance and organizational standards Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project timeline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Requirements Education: High School with 9+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) Clearance: TS/SCI Certification: DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNA‑Security, CySA+, CND, etc.) Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies Proficiency with requirements management tools Preferred Skills And Experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines Experience with DOD Networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS) Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Group health plans Income protection and supplemental benefits 401(k) plan with company matching Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Pet insurance options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Equal Opportunity & Accommodations Digital Consultants is an inclusive and welcoming company, fully committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), genetic information, national origin, age (40 or older), disability, Veterans status, or any other protected characteristic.
