This full school year position offers flexibility in hours—choose between a full-time role at 37.5 hours per week or a part-time schedule at 20 hours weekly.

This role will work onsite and involves splitting an elementary school caseload with another full-time speech-language pathologist, ensuring a manageable and collaborative workload. Additional coverage includes elementary, grade, and middle school students, with time split between these settings to provide a well-rounded experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Fulfill all requirements for SLP practice in the state and district.
• Strong background in working with school-aged children, preferably across elementary and middle grades.
• Eager to collaborate with fellow SLP professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload in a school environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy onsite for students across elementary, grade, and middle schools.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and parents.
• Split workload efficiently with another SLP for the elementary setting, contributing to a supportive work culture.
• Adapt sessions based on individual student needs and progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communication as part of the educational team.
