Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreper established protocols.
• Ensure result accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, mentor new staff or trainees, and help uphold the highest quality standards in our lab.
• Foster a clean and safe working atmosphere, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or comparable allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure with us.
