Category: Instructor Operator / EMT Controller Bay is seeking an MSTC (Medical Simulation Training Center) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to support a Department of Defense customer. The EMTs provide essential support to MSTC training programs, assisting with delivering instructional content, setting up simulation labs, and validating trainee skills in emergency medicine and combat casualty care scenarios. The EMT will be a Core Instructor Operator supporting MSTC training execution. We are not looking for individuals who can simply assist or teach; we are looking for professionals who can perform, demonstrate, and grow into high-level Instructor Operators in a training environment that mirrors the realities of the battlefield. Position Requirements All personnel will function as Instructor Operators (I/O) and are expected to actively demonstrate, perform, and execute all aspects of medical training including simulation-based instruction, performance evaluation, and real-time scenario execution. Key Responsibilities Deliver training and support simulations Support Instructors and Team Leads in classroom and field-based training Operate and maintain simulation and medical training equipment Assist with student assessment and skills validation and evaluation Ensure compliance with all training, safety, and equipment standards Physical Requirements Lift, carry, drag, and maneuver simulated casualties (150+ lbs) Perform repetitive physical tasks in high-tempo environments Demonstrate medical procedures under realistic conditions Stand and instruct for extended periods Operate in classroom, lab, and field environments Minimum Qualifications NREMT certified and current EMT BLS certification Successful annual completion of TC 8-800 Military or civilian medical experience preferred Must be able to pass a federal government background check Requires ongoing credential maintenance as defined by contract and regulatory guidelines Candidates may be required to meet additional site‑specific requirements or obtain security clearances in accordance with contract terms and Army regulations Preferred Qualifications Military medical background Why Join Controller Bay Support warfighter readiness and Army modernization High‑impact, performance‑based training environment Career progression into leadership and advanced roles Benefits Competitive pay Medical and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short and Long Term Disability 401k Plan with company match Paid Time Off Training and Certification Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Controller Bay, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes the items listed above.
