Analyst, Accounts Receivable (Hybrid)

Job Title RTX Corporation is an Aerospace and Defense company that provides advanced systems and services for commercial, military and government customers worldwide. What You Will Do Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the warfighter and other customers. Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to our external customers. Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise. Qualifications You Must Have A university degree in finance, accounting, business administration and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions. 2+ years of experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations. 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment. Qualifications We Prefer Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment. Experience working with SAP is a plus. Experience with invoicing based on cost. Ability to support multiple time zones. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams. Work Location This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids IA, Richardson TX, Tucson, AZ, Hartford CT. Hybrid: Employees who are working in hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
