Your impactful responsibilities include conducting a variety of routine and complex clinical lab testsencompassing chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols to ensure accurate results. Carefully analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot any issues, and perform regular maintenance on laboratory instruments to keep them in top shape. Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing, ensuring quality and reliability in results. Keep detailed records of all procedures, training new team members or students while upholding high lab quality standards. Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to regulations and accreditation standards at all times.

Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree is essential, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment. Maintain your current certification for the duration of your career with us.
