Serves as a Financial Management Analyst for a project funded organization in a revolving fund environment in the Corps of Engineers District and under the Corp's Regional Business Center-Community of Practice (COP) structure. Knowledge of budgeting, manpower, finance and accounting, and auditing regulations and procedures.
