If you are an APM, PM, or Preconstruction PM with 5-10 yrs of GC/CM experience based in/or interested in moving to the Fort Collins area, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career and make a real impact. Lead The Way To Project Success As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M in sectors such as healthcare, tenant improvement, municipal, higher education, K-12, federal, and more. The Ideal Candidate: 5-10 years of commercial GC/CM experience. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and ProjectSight. Organized, problem‑solver with great communication skills. Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and a team player with a positive attitude. Passionate about delivering quality work and innovation. Why Join?
