About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Americas Marketing to lead and set the pace for go-to-market strategies across the region. This highly visible role involves participating in global strategy decisions, representing regional nuances, and optimizing execution to drive new business growth, customer engagement, and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the regional marketing strategy, building and inspiring teams, driving go-to-market alignment, overseeing campaign innovation, and managing resources and partnerships. A key aspect of the role is to be a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and forums. Candidates for the Vice President of Americas Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within innovative, fast-paced environments. A strong background in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in HCM or related technology, is preferred. The role requires a strategic vision grounded in analytical rigor, experience in leading diverse teams, and a track record of effective cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with marketing technology stacks, strong business acumen, and be an exceptional communicator. Experience in dynamic, multi-national organizations and cultural savvy in engaging diverse customer and partner audiences are also essential.
