Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to questions regarding products, services, and company offerings. Listen carefully to customers and identify their needs. Provide accurate and helpful information based on customer inquiries. Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs. Follow up with customers when additional assistance is required. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Assist with customer outreach and lead generation activities. Maintain organized records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to team members. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Ability to remain organized while handling multiple responsibilities. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
