Senior Medical Director, Early-Stage Clinical Development

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Medical Director to lead clinical science strategy and execution for oncology molecules in early-stage to late pre-clinical development. The role encompasses clinical trial design, regulatory strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership within the company's RAS-focused portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical science strategy and documentation for assigned molecule(s) and indication(s)
- Oversee clinical trial design, execution, site selection, data management, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct medical and safety data reviews; serve as primary contact for clinical development plan questions
- Lead and mentor cross-functional clinical development team toward program objectives
- Analyze clinical data and provide strategic insights to inform development decisions
Requirements
- MD with oncology training preferred
- 7+ years clinical development experience in pharma/biotech or academic clinical trials
- Early-phase drug development experience and understanding
- Data analysis, interpretation, and clinical relevance expertise
- Regulatory affairs knowledge including BTD and accelerated approval pathways
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities
- Experience with clinical trial design, site selection, and patient recruitment
