Senior Director, Clinical Development

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Development to lead clinical science strategy and execution for oncology molecules targeting RAS-addicted cancers. This role encompasses early-stage through pivotal clinical trials, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership within a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical science strategy, clinical documentation, and development plan execution
• Oversee medical/safety data reviews, study reporting, and site personnel training
• Direct clinical trial design and execution including site selection and patient recruitment
• Mentor cross-functional clinical development team and manage direct reports
• Maintain relationships with clinical investigators, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree
• Minimum 10+ years clinical development experience in pharma or biotech
• Extensive expertise in clinical data analysis, interpretation, and pharmaceutical relevance
• Experience with clinical trial design, regulatory compliance, and site management
• Strong knowledge of current scientific advancements and regulatory trends
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
