CMDB Manager

Role Overview The CMDB Manager oversees the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to maintain a single source of truth for IT assets and services. They ensure data accuracy through discovery and data quality processes. The role involves technical expertise in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and define processes. What You Will Do The CMDB Manager will design and maintain the CMDB, ensure data integrity, and align it with the organization's CSDM framework. They will also contribute to the development and execution of the ITOM/CMDB roadmap, lead the management and optimization of ITOM, and assist with designing ServiceNow ITOM solutions. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and automation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Minimum of ten (10) years of infrastructure leadership experience Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience with ServiceNow platform Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and SPM Experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and automation Proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects and teams Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Understanding of ITIL framework Knowledge of business environment, service requirements, and financial services sector Benefits Annual success-sharing bonuses or commission plans based on individual performance Range of support to colleagues with disabilities Global career opportunities Excellent benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr CSC
