7AI is building the onboarding program for a sales team that's still writing its own playbook. As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll own onboarding for every new Account Executive and Sales Engineer, turning what our sales leaders, SEs, and product team know into curriculum, learning paths, and certifications people can actually use. You'll build the reporting that shows whether it worked, not just whether reps sat through it. This is a build role: expect to ship a first version fast, watch what happens in Gong and Salesforce, and improve it in the field rather than waiting for a finished program.

What You'll Do

• Build and run the onboarding program for new AEs and SEs, working from the structure and priorities you set with the Head of Strategy & Enablement.
• Turn subject matter expertise from sales leadership, SEs, and product into structured curriculum, role-based learning paths, and certifications.
• Instrument ramp metrics in Salesforce and build the reporting that shows whether onboarding is working.
• Use Gong and Salesforce to surface coaching gaps and skill patterns, and bring recommendations for what to build next.
• Maintain the enablement content library and keep it current as the product and market move.
• Support launch readiness and ongoing enablement programming for the existing team.
• Partner with SE leadership so AE and SE onboarding stay one coordinated program.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales/revenue operations.
• You've built a program, process, or curriculum from a blank page, on your own or as the primary builder under a more senior owner, and can walk through it end to end.
• You're comfortable turning other people's expertise into something teachable. Most of the security and product content here will come from our sales leaders, SEs, and product team.
• You can build the reporting behind a metric and explain what it tells you. You can answer "did this change rep behavior" with evidence, not just a completion rate.
• You're fluent with AI tooling in a build context: building repeatable workflows, not just occasional prompting.
• You'd rather ship a v1 into the field and iterate than wait for a finished program.
• You're curious about security. No prior cybersecurity experience required, but you're ready to go deep on our product and buyer in the first 90 days.
• You thrive at a company still writing its own playbook.
