Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing insulation business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating crews, ensuring customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and project execution.
• Manage installation crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Monitor quality control and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track operational metrics, labor productivity, and job profitability.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and warehouse operations.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Implement and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations management, construction management, home services, or related leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with scheduling, project coordination, and workforce management.
• Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, restoration, or other home service industries.
• Experience managing multiple crews and field personnel.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs.
