A company car. Twenty hours a week. If you already know property managers, insurance people, or facility managers around San Diego, this is a way to turn those relationships into income without giving up your schedule. What you can earn $18/hour base for approximately 20 hours per week Up to 5% commission on recurring PM, plumbing, and HVAC accounts; these keep paying you every time the account comes back 5–10% on standard restoration projects Up to 15% on qualifying residential and commercial fire losses. One of these can be worth more than a month of base pay. Commission is uncapped. There is no ceiling on what you bring in. What you will actually do Prospect and visit potential clients in person Build relationships with property managers and insurance professionals Schedule meetings and lunch-and-learns Follow up with prospects and referral partners Develop new plumbing, HVAC, and restoration accounts Identify residential and commercial fire restoration opportunities Track your contacts and opportunities in our CRM Who you will be building relationships with Property managers and management companies Apartment and commercial property managers Insurance brokers and agents Facility managers and business owners HOAs and real estate professionals Other referral partners throughout San Diego Who this works for Outgoing, comfortable walking into a business and introducing yourself A relationship builder more than a hard closer Self-motivated and organized. Nobody will be looking over your shoulder. Persistent with follow-up Motivated by commission and by what you build Experience in restoration, plumbing, HVAC, insurance, property management, construction, roofing, home services, or B2B sales is a real plus. But if you have the relationships and the hustle, we will teach you the rest. A valid California driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required, since you will be driving our vehicle.
