Physicians own and operate their own practice entity, while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. Physicians may establish or transition a practice in a preferred market, subject to state licensure and applicable regulatory requirements. The physician governs clinical operations, clinical decisions, and sets patient care policies. MedCBO does not direct patient care. Many physicians want clinical autonomy but avoid private practice due to billing complexity, staffing risk, payer contracting, and administrative overhead. This opportunity is for physicians who want to practice independently while receiving structured operational support for the non‑clinical business functions of their own practice. No prior business ownership experience is required. Non‑clinical Services Provided by MedCBO Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting support EHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination Accounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructure HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support Supply chain and vendor coordination Physicians retain full clinical authority, decision‑making, and ownership of the medical practice.
